A little while ago, those lovely people over at CD Projekt RED were offering a chance for people in the community to reviewThe Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition on the Xbox 360. The Xbox is new ground for The Witcher series and there is certainly something to prove with the move, both to the Xbox players and the existing PC fan base (who, quite frankly, have had quite a rough time recently with some companies that have made the shift with their PC titles...). Chaotic Good Gaming was one of the sites fortunate enough to be picked.
In order for the review to be the best it can, we're taking our time a little... playing through as much as we possibly can before passing comment. This does mean that it won't be finished in time for the competition they're running, but as that's not our main focus we're not too worried.
On a personal note, I have to confess that as a fan of the original Witcher, I wasn't overly keen with The Witcher 2 when it was initially released on PC, so this is the perfect opportunity for me to see the game in a fresh light and give it the attention it deserves.
So, keep you're eyes peeled for the full review soon!
