Oh dear, Mafia 3... I had such hopes for you.  Sadly I won't be uploading much of a review just yet as, while most of the Internet was complaining about the 30fps cap (and wondering why such a thing exists in 2016), some of us, including me, were unable to run the game at all!

Sadly the 2K technical support team(?)were pretty slow to respond as I'm guessing they have been buried in requests, but after spending a significant amount of time "messing around" I found that if I uninstalled all C++ redistributables from my system, rebooted, reinstalled DirectX, rebooted, reinstalled both the 64bit and 32bit C++ redistrutables, rebooted, reinstalled the Microsoft .Net framework 4.5.1, rebooted, I could then play the game... at least until I rebooted again and had to go through the process all over again (despite nothing else being changed or updated).

Even Arkham Knight at least ran!

So, for now, I'll be avoiding the game for a while...
