If horses, tanks and deserts aren't your thing and you'd rather be piloting large, heavily armed robots... then good news; the Titanfall 2 multiplayer technical test is happening THIS WEEKEND (and the following one)... but only for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
That's right, the glorious PC master race has been left in the cold for this particular event and, sensing the unrest (or probably just reading the many, many angry Tweets) Respawn's CEO, Vince Zampella, has posted an article on the Titanfall 2 site explaining that they did this because the game isn't quite ready for testing on PC, and they didn't want anyone digging through the code and spoiling the single-player story. It's seems pretty reasonable, but still disappointing. You can find the article here: http://www.titanfall.com/en_us/news/tech-test-note/
If, however, you are the proud owner of an Xbox One or PlayStation 4, get over to the site for details of test and how to participate. LINK: https://www.titanfall.com/en_us/tech-test/
There is, of course, a quick video to accompany the news... enjoy!
