If the leaks prove to be correct, the Microsoft briefing should be good!
Xbox One S
Opening with details of the new Xbox One S(lim). 40% smaller than the current Xbox One with HDR video, an internal power brick and due in August.
Xbox Play Anywhere
A new incentive from Microsoft: Buy a game digitally and you can play it on both a (Windows 10) PC and the Xbox One sharing achievements and save. An interesting idea although I'm not sure how useful that is in practice... if you've got a high-end PC, you're more likely to play it on that (with or without a controller) and if you haven't, you're likely to stick with the Xbox One (IMHO)
Gears of War 4
The first "Play Anywhere" titles with cross-platform play (including horde mode). It's certainly looking pretty slick... guess we'll find out for certain on October 11th when it gets released.
Killer Instinct
General RAAM is joining the KI roster of fighters.
Forza Horizon 3
Now set in Australia, Microsoft showed off gameplay on both the Xbox One and Windows 10... in four-player co-op. It is, as you'd expect from a Forza game, looking very shiny. Due on September 27th.
ReCore
A third-person action-adventure where you play Joule Adams leading a group of Corebot companions, each with different abilities, as you attempt to save mankind. From the makers of Metroid Prime, this looks like it could be a lot of fun.
Final Fantasy XV
Despite demonstrating some of the fastest combat in a Final Fanstasy game, it still felt a little... unwhelming. We'll have to see what it's like when it gets released on September 30th.
Xbox One Features
New features on the way this summer: background music and Cortana followed by "Clubs" (social), "Looking for Group" (multiplayer group tools) and "Arena" (tournament tools) towards the end of the year.
Minecraft
With "The Friendly Update" Minecraft now supports cross-platform play across Windows 10, Android and iOS. Minecraft Realms introduces dedicated servers that you can host your own games on. It was both cool and a bit odd when John Carmack joined the team playing on stage using a GearVR.
Xbox Design Lab
Customised controllers with a more PC-friendly bluetooth connection... sounds good to me.
Inside
From the makers of Limbo, it looks like they've been working hard to make it even creepier (that's a good thing, right?). Due for release on June 29th
ID @ Xbox
Lots of new Indie games on the way, including: Cuphead, Outlast 2, Slime Rancher, The Culling, Stardew Valley and Hand of Fate 2.
We Happy Few
Shown at the end of the previous video, We Happy Few looks pretty disturbing... and awesome (quite a Bioshock vibe). Certainly looking forward to this one.
Gwent
It was bound to happen, CD Projekt Red have announce their stand-alone Gwent game, due for release in September. Although based on the card game in The Witcher 3, they have updated the visuals and will be including a complete single-player campaign as well as cross-play multiplayer.
Tekken 7
Oh look... another fighting game. It'll be interesting to see how this stacks up against all the others. Due for release in 2017.
Dead Rising 4
Looking as crazy and fun as ever, Dead Rising is making another appearance with a Christmas vibe (and an exo-skeleton?!?). Due late this year.
Scalebound
I'm still not sure about this one; fighting giant monsters with dragons (and friends) sounds awesome, but what's with the headphones?!? And the one liners seem pretty cool the first time... but they could get REALLY annoying.
Sea of Thieves
A multiplayer pirate adventure where you can explore, hunt for treasure or other pirates sound pretty cool. While you should be able to play solo, it definitely looks like it's designed with multiplayer in mind. It'll be interesting to see how well it works if you haven't got a regular group of friends to act as your crew and you are reliant on random pick-ups.
State of Decay 2
Awesome news that the multiplayer sequel to State of Decay is due in 2017. I loved the original and can't wait to give the multiplayer a go.
Halo Wars 2
Due for release on 21st February, 2017, the Halo series returns to the battlefield for another RTS.
Project Scorpio
Another new, more powerful, Xbox... due for release next year. Odd to make an announcement so soon, especially when they haven't even released the Xbox One S yet.
All in all, a really strong briefing with some great looking games
