In other, far more promising, news... Bugbear Entertainment, the developers responsible for one of my favourite 'racing' games, Flatout 2, have announced that they are making a new car racing game!

With an in-game video that shows the sort of destruction you would expect, based on their previous two Flatout titles, the game is looking particularly good so far although it does appear to be missing a name.  With the rights to the 'Flatout' title changing hands before the unbelievably poor Flatout 3 (developed by Team6 Game Studios) Bugbear are simply referring to this as their 'Next Car Game' even going so far as to register the web address http://www.nextcargame.com.

If you head over their now, they are currently offering 'Bugbear Bundles' on Steam to 10 lucky people that have signed up to the mailing list.
